Not In The Least

When we wake up in the morning, chances are we wonder what the day is going to bring.

Amongst all that we do know; chores, taking the children to school, picking up dinner...We also spend much of our wondering minds, in worry. We fret over work tasks, personal obligations with our family and friends, and financial woes, concerning the world economy, and our own personal economy.

Knowing that worry gets us nowhere, it seems we still waste so much of our energy in this place that does not help us grow, and flourish, but instead takes from our success, one second at a time.

We can be consciously aware that our worries never usually manifest, if ever, only a tiny fraction, if we are so unlucky.

So why do we still give in to such a negative emotion? Why do we worry about what we worry about, when we know what we know?

There is nothing wrong with being cautious and being careful when making decisions in our lives, taking into consideration all that must, to be at the best place, for ourselves.
But if we can be more realistic about what the worst is that can or will happen, perhaps we will be more open to just letting life unfold as it will, leaving things be; knowing that we are always protected, and most likely the least desirable outcome is least likely what we will see.
