Know Your ABC's

"It's one thing to memorize, another thing to understand."

It is easy for us to get off track, when we have a bunch of ideas in our minds, and have a hard time to understand how to piece things in our lives together, to create a peaceful harmony.

Where to begin?

What are our priorities?

Our lists of what we need to get done can be overwhelming. Just as we may be a bit monkey minded when it comes to what we need to do in our lives, how much of this plays into what we need in our lives?

In relationships, we may notice it to be difficult to really grow with others, or have our relationships seem grounded. We wonder why certain things are happening, and for some of us, happening, again and again.

Much of this confusion and chaos can be conquered if we were to look at what we want to have in our lives, and knowing what we can and cannot tolerate- and most important acting on this. I call this knowing my ABC's!

A- Acceptance

B-Boundaries

C-Compassion

To sum it all up in one "smile" I can share with you this.

In any relationship, we teach others how to treat us.We, as the beings that we are will only do what we are being accepted to do from others.

So, no matter what the relationship, we must, have a level of what we are willing to accept in our lives or certain circumstances, not so calming and take place, and take place again. This brings me to boundaries. If we do not set our boundaries with our connection, we will wonder why we get annoyed, confused, or frustrated when things take place. The

only way things can take place that upsets us, is if we never stated our boundaries- like our emotional bubble. And lastly; Compassion.

When we are growing with others, or sometimes, separating from others, we must understand and act with true compassion. This doesn't mean that we can "accept" more than our boundaries stated, simply because we put ourselves in other's shoes, but instead, be willing and able to hold true compassion for ourselves, and others, whether or not we chose to stay or leave relationships, that may not be healthy in serving our purpose. So, know your ABC's, and watch things fall into place effortlessly.

Like any successful path- if you have a plan, you are destined to succeed. Happy Loving!

A Mile A Minute

" My job works for me!"
LoVe Lucy

Waking up Monday morning can be extra hectic; or extra special depending on how we look at it.

We have a whole new week ahead of us and a whole new list of things to accomplish. For many, the stress of starting the week, and jumping into the work can leave us drained, and at a loss of enthusiasm.

Mix that in with not having enough time to get everything done. We rush around, a mile a minute multitasking to make sure we can get in as much as we can, to save us from stressing out all week.

Sound familiar?

We all have things to do, some more than others. We all have the same amount of time to get those things done. While multitasking can help us, we can also get much more done, in much less time if we do things one thing at a time. Focusing on a single goal and giving ourselves sufficient time to do it can leave us with extra free time to break and enjoy life.

If you have a million deadlines and have been running a mile a minute to make things work, maybe change your work order up a bit. Note what needs to be done, and make time, one task at a time.

Don't think about all the other things, until the time comes to. Make your work day work for you.
