Stop, Drop & Roll

"If you don't know, Dance!"LoVe LuCy

Do you ever wonder how one moment you can have such poise, and the next, you are pondering how you are going to make it through?

How in one breath you are on pinching yourself to be sure your blessings are real, and the next, you really cannot catch your breath?This is not a commercial for prescription anti-depressants.

This is real life. We carry so much emotion with us, from experiences, that when a new experience comes, we tend to react to it, based on the emotion we were dealing with previously.

This can definitely cause confusion in our lives, not to mention the lives of those around us. We are not all so fortunate to be open and able to healthily work on and work through every single emotion we have.It is hard enough focusing on what Is going on, let alone focusing on how we feel about it! While everyone has a different take on matters, this can make matters even that much more difficult to get through.

Although we can find this much too much to take in, if we can take each moment for what it is, and do our best to take any negative aspect of it and:

1)Stop to Assess what is taking place, exactly for what it is;

2)Drop what doesn't serve us, knowing we are worthy of surrendering to the Universe;

3) Roll with all we have left, which can mean rolling with the punches, here and there;

This can help us turn a bad experience into simply just another experience, to learn and grow. And best of all "Let things go..."
